Does This Sound Like You?

ADHD shows up differently for everyone. These are the common presentations:

Hyperactive-Impulsive

Impulsivity
Risk-Taking
Restlessness

Impulsivity

Acting before thinking, causing unintended conflict.

Risk-Taking

Chasing stimulation to activate an under-active dopamine system.

Restlessness

Unable to slow down, even when completely exhausted.

Inattentive-Distracted

Task Paralysis
Hyperfocus
Forgetfulness

Task Paralysis

Can't start tasks. That's dysfunction, not laziness.

Hyperfocus

Locked in for hours, everything else falls apart.

Forgetfulness

Missed deadlines, lost items, not carelessness.

Emotional & Relational

Rejection Sensitivity
Mood Swings
Burnout

Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria

Criticism hits harder than it should, every time.

Emotional Dysregulation

Big feelings that are impossible to control or explain.

Masking & Burnout

Performing "normal" until you completely crash alone.

The ADHD-Hormone Connection

The surprising link between ADHD & hormones that most diagnoses miss

We get that ADHD presents differently in females & gender-diverse individuals

We understand hormonal fluctuations impact ADHD symptoms

We get that ADHD also impacts nervous system, eating, and mood

We screen for other mental health & hormonal conditions too

“I’ve never met a clinic who focuses on ADHD, PCOS and BED, literally all my struggles”
—July Health Patient

From diagnosis to treatment in weeks, here’s what to expect

Because you deserve more than a 5-minute appointment.
Step 01

Book your diagnostic assessment

A dedicated hour with our nurse practitioner to review your full history, symptoms, and how they show up in your day-to-day. Before your appointment, you'll complete several screening and intake forms so we arrive prepared.

What you get

A confirmed appointment within days, not months.

Step 02

Receive your medical letter & next steps

After your assessment, you'll receive a detailed medical letter outlining the outcome and recommended next steps for management and treatment. If diagnosed, a follow-up with our nurse practitioner gets you started on an ADHD treatment plan and prescriptions where indicated.

What you get

Clear answers, treatment plan, and prescriptions.

Step 03

Build your care team

Work with our ADHD-focused registered dietitian and/or registered social worker to manage the full picture: executive function, mood, eating behaviours, and beyond. All under one roof.

What you get

A care plan built around how ADHD actually shows up in your life.

Your gender identity will never be a barrier to receiving care here.

Our nurse practitioner, Rachel, is a member of the queer community and provides gender-affirming care. Like every clinician on our team, she brings lived experience to her practice, so you’ll never have to explain your identity before you can talk about your health.

Because hormonal symptoms rarely exist in isolation, we offer a full suite of services that are equally open to everyone:

•   ADHD Assessment
•   Mental Health & Therapy
•   Nutrition & Dietitian Support

Wherever you are in your health journey — whether you’re seeking a diagnosis, managing symptoms you’ve had for years, or just looking for a team that won’t make you explain yourself — you’re in the right place.
