Why July Health

Not all virtual care is built the same, here's what makes us different.

Clinicians who get it

Every provider on our team has lived experience with the conditions they treat. The dismissal stops here.

Integrated care team

Medical, nutrition, and mental health support in one place—not three separate referrals.

Community first

Over 1000+ Canadians have found July Health through word of mouth and organic socials, not paid ads. That’s what happens when your care actually works.

“I’ve never met a clinic who focuses on ADHD, PCOS and BED, literally all my struggles”
—July Health Client

From diagnosis to treatment in weeks, here’s what to expect

Because you deserve more than a 5-minute visit.
Step 01

Book your assessment

Book a full assessment if you suspect PCOS, but can't get a diagnosis. Book a re-assessment if you received a diagnosis with lab work, but need updated labs and a treatment plan. Before your appointment, you'll complete intake forms so we arrive prepared.

What you get

A confirmed appointment within days, not months.

Step 02

Get the full picture & receive your plan

Our nurse practitioner reviews your full history, past labs, and current symptoms, then orders new labs, imaging & prescriptions where indicated. If you already receive medical care, skip right to step 3.

What you get

Clear answers, updated labs, and a treatment plan that reflects your full picture.

Step 03

Build your care team

Work with our PCOS-focused registered dietitian and/or registered social worker to manage the conditions that travel with it: mood, eating behaviours, energy & beyond. All under one roof.

What you get

A care plan built around how PCOS actually shows up in your life.

Your gender identity will never be a barrier to receiving care here.

Our nurse practitioner, Rachel, is a member of the queer community and provides gender-affirming care. Like every clinician on our team, she brings lived experience to her practice, so you’ll never have to explain your identity before you can talk about your health.

Because hormonal symptoms rarely exist in isolation, we offer a full suite of services that are equally open to everyone:

•   ADHD Assessment
•   Mental Health & Therapy
•   Nutrition & Dietitian Support

Wherever you are in your health journey — whether you’re seeking a diagnosis, managing symptoms you’ve had for years, or just looking for a team that won’t make you explain yourself — you’re in the right place.
